40 years of experience, work, improvement and ambition. These years have always been guided by the passion she has for her profession. An artist at heart, Isabelle Noé sees the hairdressing profession as a true art and practices it with great inspiration. Director of a DESSANGE Paris salon until 2021, she continues to practice her passion under her own name.
Her years working for an international luxury group have enabled her to perfect her skills and techniques thanks to a demanding clientele and many Parisian training programs.
For more than 15 years, she has been attending wedding conventions in Paris and in the Hauts de France, in order to keep up with the latest technologies, techniques and trends. This rigor and continuous learning allows her to offer you quality and tailor-made services.

Director and trainer, her DESSANGE Paris Lille Esquermoise salon is one of the Top 5 French hair salons.
Isabelle Noé won the award for excellence in 2018, 2020 and 2021. In 2017 she won the “Respect for the concept” trophy, which was personally delivered to her by Mr Benjamin Dessange. She also won the 1st prize in the inter-regional cup in Paris at the Cirque d’Hiver.
